To create a high tech, high touch experience focused on how LG electronics and appliances deliver the ultimate fan experience at Bracket Town, Sparks built a digital passport system that would track visitors’ participation in the booth activities, requiring them to visit multiple stations and accumulate “scans” that could be exchanged for LG branded premium gifts. Guests registered at Kiosks then utilized their "FanPass" throughout the experience to register at engagements throughout the space via a snapshot taken with an LG Smart Phone.
