TED@MotorCity Event, 250 attendees
The role of technology in rebuilding urban landscapes was discussed at the super-secret, Lincoln-sponsored TED@MotorCity in Detroit. High profile speakers, scholars, entertainers and business leaders, held court on its theme, “New Tomorrows,” while following the 18 minute per speech TED guidlines. While talks didn’t focus explicitly on the auto industry, Lincoln was represented by a strategically staged fleet of vehicles and attendees completed surveys about perceptions of the brand.
